All rates are on a Bed and Breakfast basis unless otherwise stated.

Low Season (November – March and excluding Xmas and Hogmany Celebrations)

Standard Room - £21 - £23 per person per night
En-suite Room - £26 - £30 per person per night


High Season (April – October and including Xmas and Hogmany Celebrations)

Standard Room - £23 - £28 per person per night
En-suite Room  - £28 - £40 per person per night


We have a minimum stay of 2 nights over Weekends, during the Edinburgh Festival in August and other Special Events.
